Do You Accept Returns?

We hope you love your Squak products, but if you need a different size, color, or simply want to make a return, we’re here to help!

To start a return, please use our self-service return process by visiting https://account.squak.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back your item.

What Are the Requirements for a Return?
To be eligible for a return:

    • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn or unused, with the tag still attached.
    • You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Will I Be Charged for Return Shipping?
Yes, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

What About Exchanges?
We offer one free exchange per order for a different size or color. Exchanges are free of charge, with no shipping fees deducted. Additional exchanges will incur shipping costs.

Do You Accept Exchanges?

Yes!! Send us an email at squak@squak.com and we will get you setup with a new size / color! 
**We offer one exchange per order free of charge, with no shipping fees deducted. Additional exchanges will be subject to shipping costs.

 

What is Your Warranty Policy?

If your product is damaged or breaks (outside of normal wear and tear) please contact us at squak@squak.com and we can assess your return/refund options. 

 

 

How Long Will it Take for My Return to be Processed?

 

Once we have received your returned order, it will take 24-48 hours to process your return. The timing of the refund to your account will depend on your credit card/banking institution.

 

 

How Long Will it Take to Receive My Order?

Shipping will be calculated and shown at checkout. You will receive an email when your order has been processed with a tracking number and shipping date estimate. 

 

I Love My Squak So Much That I Wear It Everyday, But How Should I Wash It?

 

Turn the Squak inside out, wash it on a gentle cycle with cool water and a mild detergent. Air-dry or use a low/no-heat setting on dryer.
