Women’s Maverick – Alpha Ultralight Hoodie (Made in USA)

This hoodie has been my ride or die this year. It has come on all adventures...from teaching my kids to ski in the bitter cold, sweaty runs up hill in the cold, post cold plunging, to summer canoe trips. It is so light and small to shove in the bottom in my pack but keeps me seriously toasty when I need it to. I LOVE that I get a breeze through the material so even when I'm sweaty and normally I'd shed a layer, I don't have to stop and pull it off. It's a 10/10 for me. I'm typically an xxl, with a 44" bust measurement and the XXL works perfect for me with room to move and room for base layers.

Love this light weight piece for my backcountry camping needs. True to size with enough room to layer. It kept me warm on the coldest alpine summer nights! Glad that I can buy a made in the USA hoodie like this.

Got the Alpha 120 hoodie in a couple weeks ago and it is warm, soft, and super comfy! I LOVE it!

I'm a size XS in womens in almost everything I wear (for most commercial brand outdoor clothing). A women's sized Alpha piece essentially doesn't exist without going through a custom order that some other small business brands offer. I've been looking for one for a couple years. I decided to give this one a shot. Sleeves are unrollable, like other reviews mention, but I am essentially ok with it given that the only reason why I wanted an Alpha piece was for outdoor activities that required the lightest weight possible warmth layer, like when I'm doing multi-pitch climbing or long distance alpine trail runs/hikes/backpacking. The hood is basically unuseable. when you put it on, it pulls the entire shirt up with it, so its essentially stretched out to the shirts max = very uncomfortable. Missed the mark on this one unfortunately. I'll still use this as an extra layer because its truly impressive how feather light this piece is, but the hood is basically pointless. Honestly, Wish I waited on other iterations of a women's sized Alpha piece.

Love the lightweight fleece; warm when it’s chilly outside, not too hot when it gets warmer outside. I would say the sleeves are a bit on the narrow side and very difficult to get pushed up - I am 5’3”, 120 lbs with narrow wrists and couldn’t really push the sleeves up on a Medium?
