Women’s Classic Squak – Grid Fleece Mid-Layer Hoodie

What I love most is that this is the cut/design of this fleece. It is not bulky, and therefore comfortable to wear under my fishing waders and a 30lb backpack. So many fleece mid layers are lumpy and bunch in my waders or under my backpack's hip belt, but not this one! Additionally, the thoughtfully designed toggle for the cowl hood is to the side, so it's not whipping me in the face when it's windy. I get plenty of warmth from the fleece, but the waffling allows for some modest ventilation as well, which is welcome on tough ascents with aforementioned loaded pack. I have long arms and absolutely love it that I can use the thumb holes without feeling as though my circulation is getting cut off! This alder red is a lovely color coupled with a flattering fit and comfort makes this mid layer one I wear for all outdoor activities! 5'9" 165lbs

I've worn my Squak Grid Crewneck in multiple conditions at this point, and I love it! Super comfortable and light layer. It comes with me on all camping trips.

I am ALWAYS on the lookout for a good fleece mid layer, and with this one is my I finally found my favorite!! It hits all the boxes: not bulky, breathable but warm, features like a hood and pocket and thumbholes, lightweight, and it's super flattering! Great for all seasons. I plan on buying in multiple colors.

I was looking for a low profile (non-bulky), durable midlayer, and Squak did not disappoint. I enjoy the cinch cord on the hood and the thumb holes. Construction feels sturdy, and I've been very warm wearing it out on the trail and around town running errands. The color is great, too!

Not ticking off a star for this because it was easily fixable, but some threads on the sleeves had loose ends upon arrival. Trimmed them off and went about my day!
