Great active insulation layer for a variety of activities. The quality is good with the fleece being likely slightly less durable than a thicker less breathable fleece but much more durable than something like polartec alpha fleece. So far I've used this sweater rock climbing and cross country skiing. I think it has definitely levelled up my active insulation game as the difference in moisture management capabilities and breathability between this and a normal fleece is night and day. I have also found it comfortable to wear around the house. It is worth mentioning that the sweater is much warmer when inside of another layer due to it's external grid design. I've seen some complain about the athletic fit of the design, but I think it is very well cut. The fit is slim enough to be layered effectively as well as long enough to not ride up, additionally the fabric is stretchier than expected which allows a supreme range of motion. The cinch in the hood is a simple appreciated feature. To the people complaining about the fit, it is understandable to want plus size options out of a larger company, but given the company size, and the fact that the garment is an active layer that is geared towards active use, I think the sizing is on point.
