Just picked up the Dawn Crew neck and brought it to Iceland with me for a week. First time wearing it, outside of trying it on before washing and packing it. The plan was to wear this as my mid layer between wool base layer and a Down Sweater Vest. It's worked great exactly how I was hoping. Kept me warm but made it easy to dump heat when I needed to. The fit XXL fit me well, 6ft 220, and worked with it without a base layer. I even washed it mid week by hand and it dried over night. Great shirt that I'll look to grab a hoodie one soon and use it as part of my hiking/rucking gear this winter. Also looks nice enough to just wear out and about.

The long sleeve is classy and fits great. It's narrow and comfy (stretchy). I get compliments all the time.

I have been rockin the squak for a few years now and can honestly say that this is the best iteration so far. This gives you the option to layer during colder months. I have been wearing it under my down jacket. I can also see myself pairing it with a vest when spring rolls around or as just a stand alone piece like the squak hoodie. Don’t just pick up one, grab two…you will not be disapppointed!

I’ve been rocking this thing since I got it. As someone who gets rather uncomfortable fairly quickly wearing layers (I’m very hot natured), this has been the perfect mid-layer for me. It is quite breathable and very, very comfortable. It’s not great with wind, but if you are using it as a mid-layer you don’t need it to be. It suites my purposes just fine. I lounge around with it and throw my winter coat over it when I’m heading out.

I look forward to buying another one, hopefully when some new colors come in.
