What is your warranty policy?

We build our stuff to last, but if your Squak gear suffers an untimely fate (beyond normal wear and tear), hit us up at squak@squak.com. We’ll assess the situation and figure out the best way to make things right—because adventure mishaps shouldn’t mean the end of great gear.

How long will it take to recieve my order?

We're hurrying we promise! Shipping will be calculated and shown at checkout. You will receive an email when your order has been processed with a tracking number and shipping date estimate. 

I love my Squak so much that I wear it every day, but how should I wash it?

Turn the Squak inside out, wash it on a gentle cycle with cool water and a mild detergent. Air-dry or use a low/no-heat setting on dryer.

Do you accept returns?

We really hope you love your Squak gear, but hey, sometimes things don’t work out (Wrong size? Different vibe? Dog ate it?). No worries—we’ve got your back!

To send something back, just head over to our super easy self-service return portal: https://account.squak.com. Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and the lowdown on how to send your item back to us.

We’ll make it as painless as possible—promise.

What are the requirements for a return?

We’re pretty chill about returns, but we do have a few ground rules:

Keep it fresh – Items must be in the same condition as when you got them—unworn, unused, and with the tag still attached. Basically, no post-hike snack stains or “I’ll just wear it once” moments.

Proof of purchase – We’ll need a receipt or some kind of proof that you got it from us (carrier pigeons not accepted, but email confirmations totally work).

Will I be charged for return shipping?

Yep, return shipping isn’t free (we wish it could be, but teleportation isn’t a thing yet). The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund—kind of like a tiny toll for sending your gear back home.

That said, if we messed up (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we’ll cover the return cost. Because that’s only fair.

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Once we have received your returned order, it will take 24-48 hours to process your return. The timing of the refund to your account will depend on your credit card/banking institution.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes!! Send us an email at squak@squak.com and we will get you setup with a new size / color!  
**We offer one exchange per order free of charge, with no shipping fees deducted. Additional exchanges will be subject to shipping costs.
