Shipping, Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery as long as it’s unused, in original condition, and has the tag still attached.

  • To start a return, find your order email details (normally found in the email that says something along the lines of "Your order is on the way")
  • Click on Order Details, login using the email connected to your order, and find the Request a Return button! We will review your request, and if approved-send you details of what to do next!

Heads up: Please don’t send items back without filling out the return form first!

Damaged or something off? As part of the return process you can mark your product as damaged. We handle these case by case but always do our best to make it right.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.


Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer one free exchange per order.

Shipping Policy

We ship all orders within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You’ll get another email once your order ships, along with tracking info.

Domestic Shipping Rates: Shipping is calculated at checkout and displayed before you place your order.


Checking Your Order Status

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, reach out to us at squak@squak.com with your name and order number—we’ll look into it and get things sorted.
