- Return Policy
You can return any item within 30 days of delivery as long as it’s unused, in original condition, and has the tag still attached.
- To start a return, visit https://squak.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login
- Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
Heads up: Please don’t send items back without filling out the return form first!
Damaged or something off? As part of the return process you can mark your product as damaged. We handle these case by case but always do our best to make it right.
