Shipping, Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery as long as it’s unused, in original condition, and has the tag still attached.

  • To start a return, visit https://account.squak.com
  • Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

Heads up: Please don’t send items back without filling out the return form first—we won’t be able to accept it.

Damaged or something off? Shoot us an email at squak@squak.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We handle these case by case but always do our best to make it right.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.


Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer one free exchange per order.

Just email squak@squak.com and we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label. After that, we’ll get your replacement on the way.

If you need to exchange more than once, that’s okay—additional exchanges just require you to cover the return shipping.


Shipping Policy

We ship all orders within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You’ll get another email once your order ships, along with tracking info.

Domestic Shipping Rates: Shipping is calculated at checkout and displayed before you place your order.


Checking Your Order Status

When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. It can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, reach out to us at squak@squak.com with your name and order number—we’ll look into it and get things sorted.
