We get it—sometimes things just don’t work out. No problem. You have 30 days after receiving your order to start a return or exchange.
How it works
To start, send an email with your order number, item you want to return/exchange, and why to squak@squak.com.
Once your return/exchange is approved, we’ll send you a shipping label and instructions on where to send your item. Please don’t send anything back without checking in first—it makes things tricky for our warehouse team.
Refunds are sent to your original payment method, minus the cost of shipping.

What’s eligible
Your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unwashed, and still ready for adventure. You’ll also need your proof of purchase.
Damages or wrong item
If something shows up damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Items we can’t take back
Some things can’t be returned—custom gear, gift cards, and sale items are all final. We also can’t take back hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or anything that could blow up our return bin.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for orders within the U.S. Start your exchange through the return portal above. You’ll be able to choose another size, color, or store credit.
We unfortunately are not able to cover exchange shipping for international orders at this time.

EU customers
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. You can return or cancel for any reason within those 14 days, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
We unfortunately are not able to cover shipping for international orders at this time.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll email you to let you know if it was approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within about 10 business days.
